Just a reminder to all that we are located on an environmentally protected portion of the beach where turtles lay their eggs. Thank you for your awareness!

Sea Turtle Nesting Season Starts Today and Runs Through October 31.

Sea turtle nesting season begins May 1st, so St. Johns County officials and your local volunteer sea turtle patrols are asking residents, visitors, and businesses to help protect natural habitat by observing all nesting season laws and regulations.

-No lights visible from the beach (including flashlights and cell phone lights)
-Pick up any beach furniture and toys
-Fill in any holes and knock down any sandcastles (sea turtle obstacles!)
-Don’t get too close to sea turtles, whether mamas or babies - give them their space
