February is , so the Feb. 6 Women with Vision program focused on women's wellness and prioritizing breast and heart health, with valuable information from AdventHealth medical professionals.

General surgeon Dr. Jessica Marshall spoke about breast health, the importance of regular mammograms and self checks, as well as breast cancer risk factors, treatments and prevention. Michelle Manimbo, RN, spoke about how women's overall health impacts both their breast and heart health, encouraging women to be mindful of their health, listen to their bodies and schedule regular checkups.

St. Johns County will be under a Winter Storm Advisory due to the cold weather moving through the region — areas away from the coast might even see a wintery mix, according to the forecast. Bridges, especially those away from the coast, have the potential to become icy. Keep in mind the county doesn't have the ability or equipment to treat roads, so drive with caution. Stay warm!
