Hi everyone!
Incase you are unsure of what a challenge group is, it’s a Facebook group full of other people with the same fitness goals. During the challenge, we will help and motivate each other to achieve our goals by sharing tips, recipes, accountability and results.
I’ve been trying to think of the best way to organize the groups so that those of you with similar workouts would be together. So, if you’d like to join a challenge group, please private message me with your current workout. I don’t care if it’s walking, running or lifting. Or, if you’re looking to start a fitness program or are currently in the middle of one. ALL options are perfect! I’ve been in a few challenge groups and found that the only way to succeed is if you find something that truly works for you and it’s something you enjoy doing. (For example, as much as I WANT to be, I’m not sure that I will ever be a yoga girl. :() The goal is just to keep moving and I want you to do what is best for you so that you’ll stick with it! Dani and I will be doing TurboFire. :)
