We are located on the east shore of South Bay, on Little St. Our housekeeping vacation homes are within 100' of the lakefront and comfortably spaced with a Northwoods setting and western exposure. By day, sunshine warms our sandy beach; by dusk, enjoy a relaxing view of the beautiful sunsets and by dark of night, marvel at the millions of stars.

Slowly but surely we are getting closer for the snowmobile trails to open. Maybe we will get the 3??

If you've never seen the Eagle River ice castle now is the time. The Eagle River Fire Department finished it yesterday. It took over 2000 ice blocks to build this!

Snowmobile trails are not open but there is still a lot going on. World Championship Snowmobile Derby starts Thursday. Come on up, all local establishments would love to see you!

First flakes of the season! 60 on Monday but it's eventually going to stay for good!

We have quite the light show happening tonight! Severe thunderstorm warning but nothing to bad yet!
