Ideal for couples and small getaways with old friends (sleeps 5), our condo is newly remodeled and arranged to make the most of the incredible ocean and marsh views. Even better in person, the nature-rich scene from the condo shimmers like a watercolor painting with verdant wetlands that stretch to the sea. BED + BATH

Bedrooms include a king-size master suite and a guest suite with three twin beds (one is a trundle). Both are on the second level and have flat-screen TVs, ceiling fans, and their own attached, private bathrooms. Each bath has been recently remodeled and fitted with new hardware. The master bath features a walk-in shower with bench seating and pebble floors for a spa-like experience. LIVING + DINING

Sky-blue walls and earth-toned sofas and chaise loungers in the open living area lead to sliding glass doors out to the balcony—a lovely place to take in the endless views in the salty breeze. Sit at the four-person table on the balcony with your sunrise coffee or sunset wine. Back inside, sea turtle art and other accents pay homage to our resident loggerheads, and are the origin of how we adopted the name "Turtle Villa". The living area coffee table unfolds to a game table for cards or boardgames after the beach. The kitchen is freshly remodeled and well-stocked for cooking, with granite counters and new stainless appliances, including a dishwasher. Take in the view while you cook! EXTRAS

Just a reminder that it’s sea turtle nesting season. Be sure to knock down your sandcastles, fill in your holes left on the beach and remove any beach furniture overnight. But most importantly keep your lights out if you are on the beach at night or if your home is beach front. Light pollution on the beach will deter them from nesting or cause them to go in the wrong direction! Let’s all do our part to help these guys out! 🐢

READ HERE FOR NEW RESERVATION PROCEDURES:
We are happy to announce that the Hunting Island lighthouse will reopen on Monday, June 15 with new reservation procedures and limits put into place for social distancing. Please read ALL details:

Reservation time slots are available from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., daily, in 45 minute increments
Only 6 people allowed per reservation
Reservations are 45 minutes long - you must be out of the lighthouse in 45 minutes
$2 per person and children must be at least 44" tall to climb the lighthouse. Payment must be made when the reservation is made.
A lighthouse reservation does not include parking and does not guarantee entry to the park. If you make a lighthouse reservation, please plan ahead and get to the park early to ensure entry.-Reservations may be made the same day, at the park, if space is available.
