Still some fantastic dates open for Spring, Summer and Fall 2025! In addition to booking through our FrippIslandStay listing, we also book direct.
Our home's generous space, amenities, and great island location, are a great value for guests, whether or not you choose to add resort amenities to your reservation.
This year, a topic of concern for guests choosing not to add resort amenity cards, is that the Resort is now restricting golf cart parking at Resort-owned properties. Golf carts without proper stickers registered with the Resort, will now be towed if found parking on resort-owned property/parking.
REST ASSURED, as Fripp Island Resort members, our 6 seater electric golf cart which is included with ALL rentals, is allowed at ALL Resort owned property parking.. whether or not you choose to add Resort amenity cards to your reservation. I'm happy to help with any questions, and again, happy to book directly.

We now have 2 KING SIZE bed, bedrooms in our home!😍(All 4 bedrooms in our home have en-suite bathrooms)
Last week was our Spring cleaning work-week.(had a little fun too!😁) We deep cleaned, installed a new dishwasher, painted some new dining chairs, updated some mattresses and bed linens, etc. Also bought a new King size bed and a super comfy King mattress, changing a nice size upstairs bedroom from queen size to a super nice King size bedroom! We also have a new handy-dandy kitchen faucet and a great new outdoor grill!
We've still got 3 June-July summer weeks available. Also good April, May, August, and September+ dates are available, most of those only requiring a 3 nights minimum stay.

Our spacious 4 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms home, which includes a 6 seater electric golf cart with the rental, has lots of great May and August dates still available. And weekly rental rates, taxes included, are less than $3000.00! A Frippin' GREAT deal!😍 Sunday-Sunday rental week. Great nightly rates on less than full week rentals too.

Fripp Island has cleaned up and dried out after Tropical storm Debby, now back to the Island's usual gorgeous self! 😍 We've still got some great late Summer and Fall dates available at our home, and have now reduced the minimum stay required to 2 nights. Plus, all remaining open dates are now heavily discounted! With so many kids back in school SO early this year, the island is now totally uncrowded, a perfect time for a very relaxing island beach vacation! Have you heard about this amazing opportunity to vacation at Fripp, perhaps at as low as 35% of regular rental prices? The auction which includes many Fripp Island properties of all sizes, begins tomorrow. There are property sizes/amenities from small modest condos to huge luxurious homes!...And properties in all island locations.
