Happy New Year from Fripp Island! We are so grateful for everyone that stayed with us this year. We sincerely value all of our guests, and appreciate your honest feedback and kind words.

We have several summer weeks still available, and for those looking to “work from beach” or just enjoy snowbird life, please ask about special rates for longer stays for January, February and March!

Longer term stays available January - March. We've got fast WIFI for those working hard, and there is golf, tennis and pickle ball for those hardly working😎

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 thank you, thank you, John! "This place is perfect!! It was our three year old daughter’s first beach trip, mine and my wife’s first beach trip in 6 years, and all of our’s first trip to Fripp. The condo was spacious, comfortable, the kitchen had everything that we needed to cook, the beds were comfortable, the golf cart was lots of fun and allowed for us to explore every road on the island, the community grilling area was a fun experience, the beach access points closest to the condo provided excellent views during high tide and easy beach access during low tide, and we even had a nice view of the Milky Way at night, and all three pools across the island were great as well! The host was EXCELLENT and provided lots of helpful information and communicated great also! We could not ha e asked for a more magical experience! Can’t wait to return!"

New: black out curtains! I love our light-filled bedrooms, but not first thing in the morning 🥱Both of our king bedrooms now have blackout curtains to help you sleep better! We are always looking for ways to make everything more comfortable for our guests! ❤️

Winter on Fripp is just lovely...so quiet and peaceful! The perfect spot to work from "home" or just enjoy some golf, tennis, pickle ball and ocean air. We offer a monthly discount for January and February and would love to host you❤️

"Wonderful private, European style villas on the edge of the ocean! Our family loved the location; we had more than enough space for a family of 5 to spread out and enjoy each others company and had the beach just steps from our door. The interior is well furnished with comfortable beds a large porch, tv room, and kitchen, plus a community outdoor kitchen and grills. We loved and can't wait to return."

Views...a question we get a lot is about our view. You can see here that our deck view is mostly palmetto trees 🌴🌴🌴 though we can see the ocean a little bit too. Check out the "house tour" highlight on Instagram and you can see a little video🌊

Third bedroom update! We added a twin bunk bed💪🏼and rearranged a bit. The closet is stocked with toys, books, and games for a rainy day, and the new tv + roku will buy you some extra sleep in the morning 😉
