Frogmore stew was born on St. Helena Island. Many versions of the dish have been around for years, but the name "Frogmore stew" was created back in the 1960s by the Gay Fish Company. 🦐

Nothing is more perfect for a Lowcountry meal than Frogmore Stew, a mouthwatering, one-pot meal of shrimp, corn on the cob, new potatoes and smoked sausage.
