🚨 MOUNTAIN OPS UPDATE 🚨
Despite challenging conditions from the onset of winter, our mountain team has shown remarkable tenacity, dedication and adaptability to make this season happen.
Unfortunately, unseasonably warm temperatures combined with large amounts of rain overnight have taken a significant toll on the slopes of Schuss Mountain. The long-term forecast looks just as unforgiving as our overnight weather, so a change in course is necessary.
This Saturday, March 9 will mark the last day of the season at Schuss Mountain.
While the ending of the season is always inevitable, closing early is not how we had hoped to go.
So, we’ll be doing it on our terms with our favorite spring event, the Slush Cup, still taking place this Saturday at 2pm behind Ivan’s. Jedi Mind Trip will help us round out the weekend with some feel good Après Ski entertainment beginning at 9pm.
Lastly, we’d be remiss if we didn’t thank all of our skiers and riders for making the most out of this challenging season—you’re the reason we do what do!
