This brand new vacation rental features a 3 bedroom/1 bath home, and a large studio/1 bath apartment with kitchenette. Located in a quiet neighborhood near the beach, you'll love the tropical oasis and pool that makes up our outdoor living space!
The 3 bedroom 1 bathroom beach bungalow sleeps 6 comfortably.The light and bright living area is comfortable and cozy, with a smart TV and screened in front porch just outside (perfect for morning coffee). This home has so much charm and lots of driveway and street parking.
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything your family will need while visiting Trip Advisors #1 Beach, St. Pete Beach, and features new stainless steel appliances, ice maker and quartz countertops. Dining room sits right off of the kitchen, as well as a full outdoor dining area on the back patio with easy access to the grill. Plenty of room to spread out and relax!
The master bedroom features a king size bed (can convert into two XL twins if needed), the second bedroom has a queen sized bed and smart TV, the third bedroom can flex between a king sized bedroom and office space, featuring a full sized desk and smart TV.
