Spring break has been busy and beautiful, with water resembling a calm lake yesterday with amazing visibility. Water temperatures are hitting the upper 70s, bringing out plenty of marine life like cownose rays, eagle rays, manta rays, and manatees. Dolphins have been playful, even jumping out of the water on most trips, with new baby dolphins spotted in the area. It's nesting season for pelicans, blue herons, and ospreys, making Pelican Island a cute spot to see baby birds. Book your reservation soon as spots are filling up fast for the next few months. The water is warming up quickly, making snorkeling at Egmont Key and Shell Key an absolutely amazing experience. We had crystal-clear visibility at the sunken ruins yesterday 🤿🐠. We're thrilled to announce a new addition to our dolphin family - a baby dolphin was born! This morning, we were surrounded by 25-30 dolphins, likely celebrating the new arrival.❤️🐬

Below are pictures from our 3-hour tour today, playful dolphins in our wake and a beautiful empty welk at Shell Key. The water was nice and clear, and we even had a surprise visit from a manatee. An exciting 3 hours indeed! 🏝️🐬🦩🤿🐠

☀️ We've been soaking up some beautiful weather, collecting sand dollars and big shells at Shell Key. The dolphins and manatees have been out to play on most of our trips. With the warmer waters, there has been a lot of marine life while snorkeling at Egmont. Critter Island is also a favorite with the younger kids.

☀️It’s been amazing out on the water lately. The water temp is around 85 degrees, which brings in a lot of marine life. We have seen manatees on almost every tour over the past month. The dolphins have enjoyed playing in the wake; we had them riding in the waves with us while wakesurfing. We have also seen a lot of spotted Eagle rays, a few times jumping up 5-6ft in the air.

The last week has been an incredible adventure with Captain Vinnie's Boat Tours! Snorkeling was an absolute highlight, diving into the clear waters and discovering the marine life that calls this area home. We also had a blast island hopping, taking in the scenic beauty of the secluded beaches, and collecting some of the most beautiful seashells we've ever seen.
