The chef's style kitchen features bar seating, new appliances with a gas range, all the kitchen utensils you will need to fully prepare and service meals, and an open floor plan including the spacious dining room (table that seats 8 guests) and the family room. Directly off the family room, there is a beautiful covered porch overlooking the pool where you can relax and enjoy the ocean breezes. The Master Bedroom Suite occupies the top floor of the villa and overlooks the private heated (upon request) pool. The large bedroom has a king bed, two seating areas, a Keurig coffee bar and private access to the top floor porch. There is a walk-in closet, along with a huge master bathroom featuring a large walk-in shower, as well as double sinks. On the first and second floors, guests will find three additional bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms offer queen beds, as well as their own en suite baths. The fourth bedroom offers two twin beds. This bedroom also includes its own bath and the laundry room is also located off of this bedroom. The private outside pool area is a virtual paradise! Beautifully landscaped, there is a large heated (upon request) pool with two seating areas and a firepit gathering spot. During the evening hours, guests can enjoy the festive outdoor lighting around the pool. There is also an outside shower and an easily accessible half bath in the garage area. The garage contains parking for two cars, with additional parking space for two more cars in the driveway. You will find three bicycles plus an tandem 2 person bicycle, four beach chairs and a cooler in the garage storage area for guest use on the beach.
