This tiny house (500sq ft) is right on the beach! Built in 1940, Beach Bungalow SSI is one of the few homes on the Island where you can walk off the porch and bury your feet in soft white sand and Atlantic Ocean.

This 500sf Bungalow is on the beach between Myrtle and First St public beach accesses. 1100 Beachview DR. Saint Simons Island, GA. You literally walk off the porch and your toes are in white powdery sand. A few steps and you are in the Atlantic Ocean. You can’t get any closer than this. Sleeps four with the pull out sofa bed. One bath, queen bed, Washer & Dryer, Fridge with freezer & ice maker, quartz counter top, electric stove/oven, toaster oven, Microwave, cabinets full of kitchenware, blender, coffee maker with timer, tank-less water heater, 50” smart TV, land line, Basic Comcast and WiFi. Bring your beach towels and you’re ready to have fun.

$249.00 per night plus taxes and $125 cleaning fee.
