Of course there is so much to do here in the Golden Isles...2023 Best Islands in the United States winner!! We love everything our island has to offer and are going to be sharing some of our absolute favorites in the coming months!! First up, we want to give a huge shout out to our favorite pharmacy! Frederica Pharmacy has it all...great gifts, attentive staff, a low-price household department, and of course the .99 cent ice cream! Oh, and it is right at the end of our street near Sea Island Road. Stop in. It will be a new favorite of yours too!!
