I almost can't contain myself. I received a call from my first cousin today, and when I answered the phone, we exchanged pleasantries. She told me she was calling to let me know she donated to Miracle Academy for the popcorn sale, brick, and new school and to check my mail!!!!!💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖. I solicited prayers and donations, and my family and former students have not disappointed me so far! I endeavor to do God's Will, and that requires finances. I have been a giver all of my life, and I want to express my sincere gratitude to my family and friends for giving to such a worthy cause as Miracle Academy! I need you, and I'm asking for big and small tax-deductible donations because every gift will help us reach our goals! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!!!!💖💖💖💖💖. There are not enough words to express my sincere gratitude. I have loved my cousin so very much for a very long time!!!!

Miracle Academy is under construction preparing for the upcoming school year! We are super excited to welcome our summer students back on July 8th to a partially completed school building. Entire building will be done before the end of July! I walked my dad through the building on yesterday and received his stamp of approval!!!❤️❤️❤️. We are looking for infant room caregivers, and currently enrolling ages two through 8th grade. Spots are filling fast in our free 4k First Steps program, so apply, apply, apply!!! On November 19, 2023, Evan was in a horrific fatal car accident. He walked away with two broken bones in his left foot, one in his right foot, and one in his left wrist. Evan is doing well and received a MIRACLE directly from the Lord!!!❤️❤️❤️. Today, he went to the doctor and doesn't need surgery. His left foot was in put in a hard cast, but he's young and healthy and expected to make a full recovery! I'm so grateful to my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, family, friends, church family, The CITADEL MOMS IN PRAYER, The Citadel staff, and everyone who reached out to us to check on Evan and me, so many that I have not responded to all of your calls and texts. Please charge it to my head and NOT my heart. I realize that my son was very blessed and fortunate this day. Please continue to keep him lifted in prayer as well as the family who lost their 17 year old son in this accident. Evan is expected to make a full recovery, and I am forever and eternally grateful for God's mercy extended toward us.

One of the biggest challenges for middle-schoolers is the new learning environment. They may need to get used to a bigger school. Numerous studies have illustrated the benefits smaller schools provide students. Smaller schools benefit students academically and socially – students receive advanced academic opportunities in a low student-teacher ratio and ample social opportunities to develop close-knit relationships in a safe environment.
