It wasn't until I was on another cruise line that I saw my first MSC cruise ship, and since I had never heard of MSC before, the learning began!

This is MSC's newest ship, the MSC World America. MSC is very focused on family so you will find this ship extremely family friendly! There are 5 different kids clubs, including a teen club. There is a Lego kid's area where they can build to their hearts desire, a splash pad, water park with 5 slides, family game shows, and complimentary pizza and burgers! It also has its own sportsplex area featuring bumper cars!

World America has 13 restaraunts and 20 bars and lounges along with 3 levels of shopping. And did I mention there is a literal slide that goes through the promenade and down 11 decks!!!

Welcome to Alcatraz! I was finally able to make it back to the island and it did not disappoint. There is so much to explore and they have a great audio tour featuring a past prison guard as your narrator! Definitely a piece of history you don’t want to miss!
