Premium Packing is a third generation Farm Labor Contractor that started with the goal of supplying companies with field labor in 1951. As with the origins of most family-owned companies, the original founder(s) worked extremely hard to earn a living and to insure the success of the business so that some day their offspring would continue the family business. Jesse Alderete Sr started our company and Jesse II successfully grew the business to what it is today. Now, his offspring serve as owners & partners of Premium Packing, Inc and they, as their father and Grandfather did, worked in every aspect of the company as they were growing up.
