We have 2 efficiency condos on Shore Dr, Myrtle Beach. Home of Ocean Annie’s. Here are our monthly (7 nights) rates. You can call or message for 2-6 night rates.
•1 room is 11th floor over looking Ocean Annie’s and an amazing ocean view. It has 1 queen bed, a queen pull out sofa, full size refrigerator, and a kitchenette.
•2nd room is on 4th floor with ocean front view over the indoor pool. It has 2 queen beds, mini refrigerator, and kitchenette.
•Rates include for 7 nights, parking, maintance fees to resort and cleaning fee 🤙

WINTER RATES!!🤙 Starting November 1st through February 29th. 2 nights $75 a night, 3 or more nights $65 a night. We have 2 efficiency condos available at Sands Ocean Club. “Home of Ocean Annie’s”. Coral room has a queen bed and a queen pull out sleeper sofa, kitchenette and full size refrigerator. Blue room has 2 queen beds, kitchenette, and a mini dorm size refrigerator.
There is a $90 per stay cleaning fee and a $5 a day maintance fee and $25 parking fee per stay payable to the resort. Message or call now to book your winter getaway🍺🤙

So, we did a thing today. We just signed to purchase another condo at Sands Ocean Club. Home of Ocean Annie’s. Should be complete and on the market in less than 3 weeks.
