WINTER RATES!!🤙 Starting November 1st through February 29th. 2 nights $75 a night, 3 or more nights $65 a night. We have 2 efficiency condos available at Sands Ocean Club. “Home of Ocean Annie’s”. Coral room has a queen bed and a queen pull out sleeper sofa, kitchenette and full size refrigerator. Blue room has 2 queen beds, kitchenette, and a mini dorm size refrigerator.

Spring cleaning and updates being done at Changes In Altitudes, our rental home on Beech Mtn. Just had some deck repairs, had a dry ceiling installed under all of the decks. We had a hot tub area set up. And bought some nice furniture. So in the next month or so we will be installing hot tub and starting upgrades with new furniture inside.
