The McMullen Valley Chamber of Commerce was founded to represent the communities of Brenda, Harcuvar, Hope, Salome, Vicksburg, Wenden and Alamo Lake

In 1986, the McMullen Valley Chamber of Commerce was founded with the mission of putting McMullen Valley on the map. In its over 30 years as an advocate of area business, the Chamber has seen and encouraged the town’s growth from a small, quaint village to a thriving business community. On Wednesday Dec 4th, the Centennial Public Library will be closed. The La Paz County Health Department will be onsite that day from 2:30-3:30pm for Vaccinations in the Community Building.

Hi Salome and Wenden,

It’s time for us to step up and make sure our side of the county gets the attention it deserves! For far too long, this area has been neglected despite being the most populated. We have the power to change that—starting today.

I encourage both of you to visit the county’s website and get involved by adding to the interactive map. This is our chance to clearly show what we want to see in the future, and just as importantly, what we don’t want. The map will directly contribute to shaping and editing the county’s comprehensive plan, so it’s crucial that we represent our side of the county.

Thank you to everyone who came out and played with us last night at the Moonlight Magic Poker Run. The winning hand was a king high straight from Ronald Hall and the low ball was Shirley Bradley. Veronica Traithwein won the 50/50.
A special thank you to Gabe and Brenda Palma for letting us use the restaurant as checkpoint 5!
