CVE Technologies Group is the largest provider of Cisco networking technology solutions in the intermountain west. To keep our customers’ networks up and running around the clock, we also sell Cisco SmartNet maintenance contracts so our customers can get product updates, software enhancements, and quick replacements when needed.

We are looking to hire an Operations Support Representative to join our team to help keep up with the demand for attaching Cisco SmartNet to customer orders.

Desired Skills:

- Experience with Microsoft Excel including filtering, sorting, vlookup, and some pivot table experience.
- Ability to multi-task in an organized manner
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to build trust and professional relationships with team and extended team members
- Always looking for ways to improve the process
- Willing to learn new applications and embrace new tools
- Detail oriented – ensuring that we have the correct quantity, pricing, part number and have it assigned to the correct customer contract number
- Experience with Cisco ordering tools and contracts would be a plus
- Great spelling and email etiquette for customer emails, attaching contracts, licenses, tracking, etc., as well as to our distributors when there are questions on orders

Daily Tasks and Responsibilities will include:

- Cisco SmartNet Maintenance Contracts
- Track Cisco hardware order delivery.
- Once Cisco hardware has shipped, order Cisco SmartNet maintenance
- Notify customer when contract is active
- Updating and Managing Internal Order Portal
- Cisco license delivery portal – CCW tool
- Download SmartNet licenses and send to customers
- Open cases with Cisco to resolve ordering issues
- Enter and track engineering billable hours against projects in an Excel spreadsheet
