SPASE DAY 1 was a huge success. Kids worked very hard on their baseline testing and still had fun in both the weightroom and on the track. SPASE Training will allow young athletes of all ages to benefit from a $10 Million brand new sports facility on The Kiski Prep Campus in Saltsburg, PA.

The State of the Art Olympic Pool and Weight Rooms maximize the opportunity to improve and compliment the Olympic Track & Field set adjacent to the 72,000 sq ft. building to diversify each athletes training sessions.

To improve Speed, Power, Agility, Strength, and Endurance it makes sense to train in the best location possible.
