How can you morn someone so much that you have never met?
I woke up this morning singing “Bama Breeze” to myself and vowing (one again) that this year would finally be the year that I make it to one of his concerts…then 30 minutes later I hop on social media and see that the great Jimmy Buffett is gone.
So I sat down and cried for someone I’ve never met.
Jimmy, I was introduced to your music as a teenager and it resonated in my soul. You wrote and sang the playlist to my life. You inspired countless island vacations and my forever beachy vibe (even though I live in the desert). Your music will forever play in my heart!!
