Hailing from Durham in North East England, Keely Ferguson also lived in Portugal, Austria, and Egypt before she settled in San Francisco in 1998. Though she now lives in Marin, she considers herself a “global human.”
Keely’s experience and expertise in real estate run deep. She graduated with first-class honors from Newcastle University in the U.K. with a degree in real estate, and she is equally
adept at representing buyers, sellers, and investors. She began her career in commercial leasing and investment sales but moved into residential real estate in 2003 and is consistently a top producer. Her formal education and diverse cultural background give her a thorough understanding of all manner of properties — including single-family homes, condos and TICs, multi-unit buildings, and land — as well as interpersonal dynamics. Honest and direct, Keely is calm, confident, and streetwise in guiding her clients through every twist and transactional turn. She is grounded and keen on “keeping it real” while ensuring that her clients achieve their goals and dreams. She has a passion for home design and interiors — especially Heath Tile! — as well as a network of vetted and trusted contractors and vendors to help her buyers and sellers renovate and optimize their properties with the key upgrades necessary to maximize their return on investment. Her grandfather Stanley Ferguson’s tugboat, Eppleton Hall, resides in the Bay at the San Francisco Maritime Museum, and this makes Keely feel like she was meant to live here. In her spare time, Keely loves going to shows, listening to live music, reading, mountain biking, hiking, and choosing colors and finishes for home interiors. Family time with her partner, Clint, and two kids, Theodore North and Autumn Rose, is best spent at the beach or their weekend home in Sebastopol.
