We have an exciting new workshop! Margot Hartford’s encaustic photography workshops at The Image Flow are a wonderful dive into the extensive possibilities of the encaustic medium. At the core of all encaustic art is the wax itself—which can be treated with pigments for encaustic painting, used in layers with photographs, or combined with paper for a collage effect.
This workshop is a 2-day event, with an intro class on the first date and an intermediate class on the second date. You can sign up for one, or both! Working with mixed media is a great way to work through creative blocks, connect with your art, or just have some fun! Head to our website and navigate to our "workshops" tab to sign up.

The Image Flow is proud to announce the opening reception for Q***r Conscience 2024, our 2nd annual juried photography exhibition dedicated to providing a platform to all LGBTQ+ artists exploring the photographic medium.

Stuart graduated from the Art Center in 1979 and then spent 35 years as an advertising photographer in the U.S. and Europe. Stuart's personal work spans a variety of styles, from street photography to abstract and mixed media. He founded The Image Flow in 2008 with the vision to empower the avid photographer looking for personal growth in photography.
