This is the rear down stairs unit which has full a kitchen, living room & laundry room, large bedroom w/private entrance. The bedroom has a Queen-sized bed and there's a sofa bed in the living room. Beach is just a few steps away and private community pool access provided. Golf, tennis, snorkeling, skateboarding, fishing and sailing are just a FEW of the amenities available close by. The best of restaurants, bars and services are here. Paradise... No pets.

If you're going to use the canoe drop off - the San Antonio River Authority provides access and you'll need transportation to bring you back from Gillette Road drop off about 5 miles south from our location. You can make arrangements with us for an additional fee.
