What started as a couple of wineries experimenting with university vineyards back in the ‘70s has turned into a fast growing industry with adventurous people coming from all over the world to explore working the vineyards in a state that grows a multitude of grape varieties.
Our family hopped on the proverbial bandwagon and took an old-school family road trip. We traveled near and far, out-of-state and in-state, anywhere we could find beauty, culture, and great food and drink. First up: San Antonio
Now that it's finally starting to feel like fall, it'd be a shame to waste this gorgeous weather binge-watching Netflix in the dark. Let's face it, that's how a lot of us have been spending our weekends to cope with the garbage year 2020 has been so far.
