About MotoDiscovery
MotoDiscovery was founded in 1981 by Skip Mascorro, originally based out of El Paso, Texas, offering motorcycle tours of Old Mexico. At that time, and until the year 2000, the company was known as Pancho Villa Moto-Tours.
Already established as an experienced leader in motorcycle tours of Mexico and all of Central and South America, the transition to the fresh MotoDiscovery brand was a result of our successful and in some cases, groundbreaking, expansions into Asia, Europe, and the Middle East.
Today, MotoDiscovery is located north of San Antonio, Texas on the edge of the Hill Country, in addition to a new Colorado office, rental motorcycle, and equipment outfitter located in Grand Junction. As we grow, we continue to take pride in delivering fresh authentic touring experiences built on exceptional value, sincere service, and great style. Bottom line, your experience with MotoDiscovery comes with an attitude that captures the joys and rewards of travel on two wheels.
We hope this page will serve as a communication and network resource for all those who share our passion for adventure, as well as for engaging the people of the planet and who love motorcycling as we do. We also would like for this to be means of offering tribute to the many men and women who have ridden with us in the past, who have mentored and supported us as we continue to be pioneers in the world of motorcycle tours, training and expeditions.
