We are pleased to announce that Michael Brown has been promoted from Senior Graphic Designer to Creative Director, effective immediately.

In his time as a Senior Graphic Designer, Michael has demonstrated strong leadership and the ability to design innovative learning experiences. His expertise in Adobe Illustrator and Articulate has grown and flourished throughout his 8 years at Visage. This promotion is well deserved and will allow him the opportunity to continue to inspire others while taking creative output to new levels, promoting Visage and those of our valued clients, and managing design strategies for both small and large projects.

Please join us in welcoming our newest team member, Rebecca Vance, as our E-Learning Experience Designer/Developer, who is eager to take Visage to new heights.

Her experience in education and design is 12 years, with 2 years in e-learning. She is passionate about learning and always excited to jump in and find creative solutions.

When not working, she loves spending time outdoors plein air painting, riding horses, and paddle boarding.

Happy Tuesday! Team Visage has been plenty busy over the summer. We are currently working on our newest application and that is set to go LIVE this week! For our other ongoing projects, we are working on the many e-learning courses we get throughout the year and as usual, they're kicking our butts but wowing the client!

Our CEO Kathy Brown spoke to the students from San Antonio College last week, about her journey to becoming an entrepreneur and her key message to them was "Your background, what your ancestors experienced and what comes down to you. Here is a little sneak peek into one of our ideas for our brand new website coming in 2023! Expanding on this idea got our creative juices flowing and as a team, we wanted to expand and see what our alter egos would transform into. Here is what we came up with:

Kathy Brown: My alter ego is JLO except I'm KBRO! She wears a lot of different hats and is a true entrepreneur and perfectionist at heart... so I identify with her tenacity and creativity! She's go go go all the time and I feel that's where my mind always is! Trying to think ahead as to what project or opportunity is on the horizon while making current projects dance!

Michael Brown: My Alter ego would look like Greg Popovich but Papa Brown. He inspires and leads those around him to be their best as I want to do. He cares about his community and empowers everyone to see their full potential as I do the same in my own life and work. He is many things but also a father and that will always come first.

Savannah Bethke:

Animal whisperer, nature enjoyer, brilliant storyteller.

Joana is the person you go to when your fears have overcome you and you need a way out of your predicament whether that be in your personal or business life. She is fearless when it comes to messes and blood (ya never know what the day will bring) as she is overly organized, has solutions to problems, and has a hand in just about everything. Have no Fear, Joana Megrim is here to save your day!
The envision (Because I can't draw) - I see her standing there in scrubs and high heels, strong stance pose, with a similarity of Medusa Hair (look up her back story) but instead of snakes it's all things she has her hands in, files, phones, peoples issues, as well as her own, stethoscope and the list goes on.

"A goal I want to accomplish in business is to learn more using Premiere Pro which is the leading video editing software for creating incredible videos fast. Being able to use a tool like this will expand not only my own portfolio but also open up new doors for my creative passion within Visage. I also want to grow more extensive knowledge within Articulate Storyline. Another goal of mine is to increase my work proficiency."

Our Project Coordinator Jamie Morgan has worked with us now for 4 years. We are grateful to have her as part of the team.
