GNUOY was founded based on the Young family legacy, our family heritage and future dynasty that is being built constantly. We embrace all persons and organizations promoting YOUNG in a wholesome manner. Gnuoy mission is to turn our young peop
le around through economic entrepreneurial endeavors. One of our finest programs within Gnuoy is Forever Young. Forever Young’s main objective is to strengthen young family unity by sharing love. Through pictures showing the past, our present and our future activities. We drive new customers your way. We plan family reunions, by coordinating families locations, through the nation. We enable all family members to take pride and support when someone graduates. We plan vacations together. We capture the family in it’s finest hour. We capture birthday celebrations; we capture home-going celebrations, through pictures, videos, words, small acts of kindness. We pray to never disrespect one another, but to build up and encourage. We connect lost ones with one another. We cry, we laugh, we build on memories, we commemorate our accomplishments. As a result of planned programming, and solicited giving with social & community interactions; GCDC house’s resources to help love ones and members with financial emergencies. Forever Young gives money away through the scholarship program. Forever Young loan’s money through the investment program. GCDC has created a platform to network to obtain information and resources to build wealth. GCDC friends are economic genius. These activities help build up each family members individual goals and desires; confirming we are a blessed generation of people. Forever Young works in conjunction with other program planning, each collaboratively using resources to effect change. Each program has it’s own separate unique mission. Every program is open to all friends, families, church members, business associates to interact and support. PROGRAM NARRATIVE
Introduction
Gnuoy Community Development Corporation is a tax exempt nonprofit foundation. The Articles of incorporation was filed on April 23, 2001; Secretary of State of California. Gnuoy Community Development –GCDC is determined to reduce poverty and unemployment by helping low-income or no income persons to become self sufficient. Gnuoy Community Development Corporation encourages low-income persons to start or expand their business by providing business training materials and conditional grants. Gnouy Community Development Corporation is interested in working with agencies that can provide essential business training and technical assistance. Staff & Service
The staff at GCDC are qualified professionals with over 20 years of experience in business, computer technology, real estate services. With a host of volunteer educators and skilled professionals in community, GCDC offers training, counseling, and other support services. The following is a partial list of programs:

ECONOMIC PROGRAM SUMMARY
1.Equity & Self-Esteem Building
MISSION: community based investing through individual homeownership
OBJECTIVE:GNUOY will seek out churches and nonprofit organizations that have members who desire homeownership and establish a homebuyer program in which our associate will assist each member with the prequalification process, help locate the property and through the commission generated by GNUOY make a contribution these entities to be used in part to help defray, if possible, all closing cost to the new homeowner.
2. Capital Creation
MISSION: Creating capital from community based investing in real estate limited partnership of multiunit apt. buildings. OBJECTIVE:GNUOY will work to establish limited partnership investment groups (LPIG) of (10) for the purpose of accomplish GCDC is committed to locating these invest Creation

3. Small Business & Job Creation
MISSION: Implementation of Minority Business Utilization Program and Import/Export Opportunities. OBJECTIVE: The Minority Business Utilization Program (MBUP) is GCDC’s committed to the development of the minority business community. Our primary goal is to assist our community in achieving economic parity by providing the information necessary to transform our entrepreneurial endeavors into continued productivity and growth. The objective of this program is to increase the number and level of participation of Disadvantage Business Enterprises (DBE) on federal contracts, and minority Business Enterprises (M/W/DVBE) on state and locally funded contracts. The program offers an excellent opportunity for (DBE/MBE/DVBE) firms to obtain technical management assistance to included upcoming “HELP” relate activities, such as networking fairs, workshop, seminars with specific emphasis on Import/Export opportunities from the Inland Empire.
4. Opening Lines Communication
MISSION: Establishing an on-line information system that will consist of a WEB SITE system combined with internet access. OBJECTIVE: GNUOY consultants believes that the message of the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., and the Million Man March should not be let to die, but to live on through continued dialog and interaction among members of our world community. To that end we hope to use experience in providing computer support to small business to establish and maintain a local access on-line information systems with Internet access. This would be accessible to individuals for use in communicating with each other, conduct on-line membership meeting and information dissemination, displaying and advertising product for sale 24-hours a day.
5. Establishing an Young Entrepreneurs Black Business Association
MISSION: An association dedicated to represent the economic interest of all black owned business in the Inland Empire of San Bernardino first, then spreading to Miami Florida, Richmond Virginia, Oklahoma City, North Carolina, Atlanta Georgia, and Dallas Texas areas. OBJECTIVE: GNUOY wants to be involved with other small business in establishing a political action committee with its sole purpose is to lobby our behalf for economic empowerment. It would make sure that we are represented with federal, state and local contracting opportunities are up for bid, make contact with federal office of small disadvantaged business (OSDB) to insure information on upcoming contract is made available to IEBBA membership.
