Travel has returned and it is so refreshing to see that Four Seasons Resort Maui at Wailea is just as beautiful and dedicated to luxury service as ever. The Serenity Pool is still the place to see and be seen and the pineapple mojitos are just as good as they were a decade ago.

This recipe will never taste as good as it does when the breeze is blowing off of Wailea Beach but please enjoy with our warmest aloha this weekend.
