Welcome to AhaBajaWineTours “A San Diego Premier Wine Tasting tour company to Northern Baja”

ABWT was born out of the owners love to travel, explore, and discover Baja. The owners Andres and Karen have traveled to over 35 countries in the world. By visiting vineyards in France, Spain, Italy, California and beyond, it was only a matter of time before they discovered the hidden jewel of norther

n Baja in Mexico called Valle de Guadalupe and all its wonders to behold. In 2000 after traveling for 1 year in Europe, they started a business partnership that led them to creating businesses all over Old Town San Diego. These businesses grew and multiplied and led them to travel extensively throughout mainland Mexico looking for unique Mexican handicrafts to sell in their shops. Along the way they met many Americans living in Mexico, this is where they begin taking more of a vested interest in Baja. By 2010 they ventured into the food and hospitality business by opening Congress Café and Marketplace. As they developed relationships with their customers from all over the world-Baja came up in conversation and many expressed an interest in not only traveling to Baja but living there as well. Another light bulb came on…let’s start a business bringing OT guests, shoppers, customers over to discover, explore, & adventure in Baja….just as we did years ago….. Luck would have it-“El Valle” is only 30 minutes from Andres and Karen’s Baja home. …..AND SO….. We offer exciting fun filled unique hosted tours thru a variety of vineyards in the Valle de Guadalupe region of Northern Baja. The discoveries are the Aja in Baja. Come with us and get ready for a magical drive along the pacific coast of Baja as well as experiencing what we call the “Art of Chill in Baja!” A relaxed Fun-filled experience. Understand the value of the land and communities along the way: from TJ to Playas, to Rosarito and Puerto Nuevo. We are Baja wine enthusiasts with inside knowledge and connections. Discover the lifestyle of Mexico as we did years ago. We love Baja and have been exploring the territory for over 20 years. We will share all we have learned and discovered with you. You will get insider knowledge of what it is like to travel and live in Baja. Many MOMENTS. We speak the language and have a home south of the border.
