Thanks to our friends , we now "know" the whale who belongs to these flukes! Our passengers and crew spotted "Gnarly" offshore Cabo San Lucas, but he is also well-known off Washington and British Columbia! (thank you, Erin!)

It was a warm and sunny day in San Diego, and a good day to board the boat and visit with fellow passengers. Now they are headed south! (Note that seabird-expert Kate Sutherland is just a little excited to be venturing into Baja waters!)
