We are so excited to announce the addition of 8 new properties to our portfolio! This month has brought with it our biggest expansion yet and we couldn’t be happier with how things have come together.

Seven of our new listings are located just a few short blocks from San Diego’s Gaslamp Quarter and the eighth is adjacent to our listing “Modern Retreat Just Outside The City”.

It’s official! As of August 1st Select Stays is fully operating in Arizona! We worked very hard setting up 2 properties in Tempe, and 1 in Phoenix over the course of only 7 days. I’m very excited to start sharing some of the photos we have of all of our new listings! We’ve met some incredible people who’ve become part of our operations team to keep things running over there. Many more properties to come😁

If you didn’t know, we offer weddings and events at our Skyline property! We are able to accommodate around 150 guests, and have partnered with local restaurants and vendors to provide couples with an optimal experience for their special day. Interior photos of our newest Pacific Beach property. This one is primarily management based, as the owner wished to become hands-off for short term rentals. All furniture and artwork is hers, so Sam and I made repairs, upgraded the tech, and implemented our operations strategies to get this one up and running. We love working with our homeowners!

Having issues with guests smoking? These DIY air purifiers will do the trick. They may not look pretty but turn them on for a few hours during a turnover and the smoke smell will disappear💨
