Our employee spotlight shines on our Director of Events, Jessica Roland! Jessica began her journey with PRA as field staff in 2004 while studying Hospitality & Tourism Management at SDSU. She transitioned to a full-time role as an event coordinator in February 2008, and today marks her 16th anniversary with us. Notably, she holds both CMP and DMCP certifications!

Outside of work, Jessica's passion for music takes her to concerts and music festivals. She also enjoys traveling with her new husband, Brandon. Last July, they explored Greece and Italy following their wedding.
Additionally, Jessica is the winner of PRA's Football Pool, marking another consecutive victory for a PRA San Diego employee!

Well done, Jessica! We are fortunate to have you at PRA.

Yesterday marks Juneteenth and PRA is joining many organizations in celebrating this important date, which honors the emancipation of enslaved people in the US in June 1865. Despite the fact that enslaved people were declared free by President Abraham Lincoln in 1863, this did not fully take effect until June 19, 1865, in Galveston, Texas.

PRA is proud to recognize Juneteenth as a company holiday as we reflect on the significant history of this day in support of our ongoing commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion.

While drawing on and embracing our varied backgrounds, we unite to provide memorable experiences across the broad reach of PRA and throughout the communities in which we work and live. We look forward to continually supporting the many ways we can do our part to help impact positive change for everyone.

Congratulations to Marci! Another huge Anniversary. Marci started at PRA in 1997 and has been with us for 20+ years! In 2022, Marci set an all time record in a volume managed by an experience designer. We could not have done it without her and we would not be the team we are today without her. Thank you, Marci!
