True Graze is back in action starting February 10th! Right in time for !!!🤍💕🤍

✨After taking a long month off to find my motivation and the direction of my business, I am finally ready to start taking orders! ✨

✨✨Spoiler alert** I will be collaborating with a ton more female owes business's in Cali and not just my amazing cheese ladies! I plan on working with some other very talented people as well!

I can't wait to see what this year brings! Thank you all for being patient and allowing me this much needed time off!

✨Bat Mitzvah, but make it Mediterranean vegetarian.✨

I had such a blast creating this Mediterranean- fusion charcuterie graze. The venue was gorgeous, the client was so sweet, and not to mention the food was on point. ✨

Working with such fabulous clients it truly what inspires me to keep going! ✨

I'm not going to lie sometimes pushing through moments where inspiration is lacking can really be tough, but looking back at all of the moments and memories I have helped people create, makes it all worth it. Thank you for simply being amazing! 🤍

FUN FACT: Did you know that some archeologists have found that Manchego cheese may date back to the Bronze Age!? 🧀

I think our ancestors got it right with this one!

With its nutty, caramel flavor and smooth, creamy texture, it is definitely a house fave.
🇪🇸
Also, did you know that Manchego is made from whole milk of the Manchega sheep raised in the La Mancha region. This makes it super rich in flavor but low in lactose (perf for those lactose intolerant friends). It also has a ton of protein, like more than meat. Mind blown yet? I know, me too!

These are just some of the interesting facts that make this cheese so so racial and delicious!

I can't believe it's been 5 months since I started this business. I just wanted to give a little praise to where it all started.

Also, I wanted to especially thank for pushing me outside of comfort zone and motivating me to do something I love, this definitely would have never become anything with out you pushing me. A huge thanks to my Mom for supporting this journey of mine and supporting me always. And to my girl (my ride or die) thank you for always being there for me no matter what and always helping me hustle and gain perspective. Of course I have to thank all of you here for your continued support and helping me continue to slang cheese! This dream would be nothing without all of you! Lastly, to all my friends and family, thank you for enduring my crazy-endless business babbling and just being there for me. I love you, I'm sorry, and I'm pretty sure that won't stop anytime soon. This felt like a Grammy speech but I really just wanted to show some love. 🙃
