provide service to clients which is on-time, safe, professional, accommodating, courteous, efficient and non-intrusive
•
Maintain the highest level of appearance for self and vehicle
•
Respect client privacy and confidentiality
•
Provide a safe, smooth and comfortable ride
•
Communicate, with Dispatch in regards to vehicle maintenance and repair needs, document All needs at the end of every shift with DVIR
•
Maintain vehicle cleanliness and upkeep and ensure that all amenities are fully stocked
•
Ensure that all needed vehicle documentation such as registration, insurance and TCP # are current and present
•
Keep in constant communication with Dispatch reporting anything out of the ordinary such as accidents, vehicle problems, delays or changes, extra stops, etc
•
Respond in a timely and professional manner to the Dispatcher’s questions, directions or schedule changes
•
Interact with businesses, companies or entities such as hotels, casinos, airports, performance venues and security personal in a professional, accommodating courteous and efficient manner
•
Complete DVIR in a legible manner and turn in at end of shift .

Know the local area and be familiar with routes and traffic patterns
•
Read and write English
Ability to use GPS Systems
