Hello my beautiful reunion participants, I have spoken with the vacation to go agent and addressed the questions you asked on the zoom call.
1) I was able to get the hold date for our room block moved up to May 1st from April 17th. So we have until then at least to get our rooms booked from the group block. To date there have only been three rooms booked from our block mine is one of the three.
2) as it pertains to children and or third and fourth passengers in the booking. Regardless of age carnival will charge the prevailing rate at the time of booking for the third and fourth passenger in the room. The prices in the group are based on double occupancy, and whatever the prevailing price is at the time of booking, there's a deduction from that price to give you the fare price for the third and fourth person in your cabin.
3) Here is the information you will need to make your reservation and set up your payment account. You will have a full year to complete paying for your passage. We have secured a group rate and have 30 days to act on it. Make your reservations sooner rather than later. It is $100 non refundable to reserve your cabin outside of the group block, so you can book whatever kind of cabin that is available and can afford. Get on it, set up your account sooner rather than later.

I have secured (12) 8B Balcony cabins at $1899.30 for 2 people and (4) 4B Inside cabins at $1459.30 for 2 people these prices include taxes and port fees under the Fulton Family Reunion 2025 group.
The 5-night cruise on the Carnival Firenze departing Jun 26, 2025, is currently available, and I have prepared a detailed quote based on the information you provided. Cabin availability is very limited, so please contact me as soon as you can to confirm your space at the lowest rate.

Have these documents in front of you when you call. Be prepared to send pictures to him in an email if requested .
To complete the reservations, I will need to know the guest's names as it appears on their travel documentation (passports alone or driver license and original birth certificate together), their date of birth, citizenship, mobile phone number, email address, home address and I would need a valid credit card to apply the deposits and payments on.

For you who are flying in,
Long Beach is the closest airport, it however does not receive all airlines. If it is not economical for you, to fly into Long Beach.
LAX is international, much larger and receives more airlines for you to choose from. It is further away, and will require you have additional time to get from the airport to the Long Beach Port.
You will need to secure your transport from the airport to the port via... Uber, Lyft, Taxi, Bus
( shuttle/Transit ).
