Unidos por Valle: A Spirited Fundraising Campaign to Benefit the Volunteer Firefighters of Valle de Guadalupe

In collaboration with Berry Good Food

In recent days, the area surrounding Rancho el Mogor as well as Rancho Delicias experienced a severe wildfire that burned just under 2000 acres in Valle de Guadalupe. These fires threatened some of our well-loved partners and supporters, Deckmans and Mogor Badan Vinicola, but thanks to the strength of the community, the spread of the fire has ceased and is now contained.

This brave and courageous effort was led by the Bomberos Voluntarios El Porvenir, a volunteer firefighting team made up of local citizens. Each member of this team has sacrificed their day-to-day livelihood in order to fight this fire without pay and without the use of fully functional equipment and transport. Thankfully, the fire has been fought and contained by this courageous team, and we want to ensure that in the future through fire season, they are supported and equipped.

Please consider supporting the Bomberos with your donation that will help:
• repairs and maintenance for firefighting vehicle
• compensation for missed time while volunteer fire fighting
• fuel cost for water trucks to deliver water to areas in need
