With a beautiful, fully-rigged Parker Pilot House (34' - 3420 ) operated by Captain Jamie Thinnes boasting decades of experience in the fish-rich waters of SoCal and Northern Baja. big fish both inshore and offshore, targeting coastal tanker White Seabass, Yellowtail and Halibut in the spring, offshore pelagic species (Tuna, Dorado, Yellowtail and Marlin) in the Summer/Fall and Lingcod/Rockcod in Mexican waters throughout the Winter. Seasons Sportfishing offers trip durations from 1/2 day, up to 2-day trips, as well as customizable trips to suit your specific needs. Solo customer Sam wanted to ride the ‘Mothership’ with a light load and booked the boat today for himself. Out from FL we decided to fish pretty much a few species as it was his first time fishing in the west coast Started the morning off with putting the anchor down for his bluefin and then ventured off for some lingcod, sheephead, calico bass. Fun day all around showing him the beauty of the islands and what they will kick out. Thanks buddy for choosing Seasons Sportfishing and hope you get all your stuff cleaned up from that storm.

We had a few swim by on the anchor today for one fun group. Plenty of jokes and caught a couple. We started off some how on a charter taking a guy from the on the boat and for what ever reason we didn’t figure it out to almost the bait receiver! Brought him back to the landing so he could get on his boat…. LOL Don’t ask how it even happen but it did and we were laughing all day! Hope you caught some fish Sean! Just had incredible weekend fishing for the first time tournament with 2 incredible vets Jeff and Jeremy which I will call friends for a lifetime. I have been wanting to fish this tournament for years but to our busy charter schedule it’s been tough but enough was enough and when asked this year to be involved it was time to block out our calendar. We took Lady Laura 82’ motor yacht in style with all the 5 star accommodations and picked up our vets at house for a boat parade, nation anthem and we were off to fish any island and anywhere for 2 full days of fishing. With the help of my right hand man Wyatt and owner Harvey we made sure these two vets were going to have a trip of a lifetime. Day one we opted to fish bluefin and positioned the vessel in fish all day but came up short with no bites. Day 2 we opted to start at SBI for some large cods to get us on the points and get the ball rolling. That worked and spirits were high we found a zone to catch our vets a couple 50 pound bluefin to get to the scales. It wasn’t about winning anything at the end of the day but my heart is full of joy on the 2 friends I have made. Hearing these guys stories of war, family and their future makes us think and how thankful we are for those that serve this great nation to protect us so a guy like me can go fishing everyday. I would like to thank personally Anthony over at for doing what you do for these guys. Lots of tears last night at the closing party but that room was filled with so much love. Let’s just say my calendar will be blocked out every year I can do help! God Bless America! 🇺🇸❤️🇺🇸❤️

Let’s just say our beloved Coronado Island has been good to us and the fleet this year. As most of you know we had pretty much one of the toughest years in recent doing this the last 17 seasons offshore. We are very thankful what she has kicked out for us as a fall back to our offshore season and our good friend Devin took advantage of what she has to offer. Weather wasn’t pretty, sealions were thick but our bait from was 🔥 so we just worked through it until we found the right conditions to make a catch. Thanks boys for an incredible season of trips once again this year. Seeing you walk down the dock every season lets me know I still love doing this! Thanks for choosing Seasons Sportfishing!
