Want to help with our new balloon 🎈 ceiling? Looking for help tomorrow Monday July 19th from 12 noon to 5pm. Paid gig - inflating and wiring up 100 plus outdoor balloons. And clean up / refurbish of our older balloons 🎈 for reuse.

Looking for something fun to do this weekend? GoCar Tours and Blazing Saddles Bike Rentals are holding San Francisco’s only Easter Treasure Hunt! Hop in either a GoCar or rent a bicycle from Blazing Saddles and participate in a Easter Treasure Hunt throughout San Francisco (primarily Fisherman’s Wharf and Golden Gate Park). Each child in your group will be given a map of participating locations. All you need to do is hunt down these locations and see what the Easter Bunny has for you! Todays score: gusty wind wins easily over balloon install crew. Back at it again tomorrow as we are definitely learning by doing. What Bay Area muralist would you like to see on the walls at Umbrella Alley?
We are looking for a few creative muralists to add to the alley walls.

This is a place frequented by visitors to the city. Murals should represent or tie into Fishermans Wharf, San Francisco and/or California. Murals can also feature California travel, nature, history and tourism .

We already have the major icons /buildings of the city represented in our Greetings from San Francisco postcard mural - so no need to repeat those icons.

Interactive and fun is good.
Installations are good too.
Definitely looking for a California Dreaming theme for one. And a umbrella theme for the entrance.

3 available spots are approx 16 x 14 tall , one spot in garage is 12 tall x 30 wide plus a spot on the front of our office tower approx 12 wide x 20 tall.
The tower and garage wall are perfect for larger pattern pieces. The garage wall can also have pieces that start behind the fleet of 3 Tuk Tuks that are parked.
The mural wall prep and costs are supported by visitor donations ( thank you all that have donated) and a few $$ from our tour company that just reopened. Upcoming artists and establish mural pros that won’t break the bank are all welcome. Teaching projects are definitely encouraged.

This has been a fun project to turn a grey concrete space into a lively and happy location for all to enjoy for free. It has been a pleasure to supply space for artists to create during the covid shutdown. Looking forward to seeing who you fans suggest.
