I worked with Ruth back in my days at Gourmet Magazine (RIP), and ever since then I’ve dreamed of catching up on all things food and eating.

Well, my dream came true this past week when I got to take her through to visit , , and enjoy some and 😋 I can’t wait for her new book “The Paris Novel” to come out in May along with her documentary “Food and Country” that shares more about farming and includes interviews with .assil 💛
