Dear Customers,

We want to share some travel information with you as we know it today. Things are changing constantly, and the best way to stay up to date is by visiting each airline’s web page as they continue to update them.

• Latest travel restrictions can be found on: https://travel.state.gov/content/travel.html
• Depending on where you are traveling to or from, please check each country’s Government mandates for travel restrictions and quarantines.

Here are some common questions that we have received from customers:

Q: What happens if I have already bought my airline tickets, and need to cancel or reschedule my trip?

A: Generally speaking, most airlines will allow you to reschedule without imposing change fees. If the new ticket is more expensive than the older, then they will charge the difference in airfare. A ticket is valid one year from the date of issue (not travel). Important is that we cancel or re schedule your flights prior to departure date in order to protect your airline credit. Refunds are mostly not being granted at this point as it could potentially bankrupt the airlines.

Q: What about if I bought travel insurance?

A: As we understand it, this situation is classified as “an act of God”. For detailed information and depending of the insurance you bought you will have to consult directly with the Insurance Company. However you can request a refund within 15 days of purchasing the policy. If you bought your policy more than 15 days ago you are able to request a refund voucher, and apply it for future. Refunds can be requested in writing by emailing your insurance company.
