Resort of the Day - Fairmont Kea Lani, Maui THIS resort is one of my favorite resorts by far for several reasons. For starters, the rooms are 860 sq. ft. at minimum! They have a separate living room area complete with a television and a sofa that converts to a bed. The bedroom has either the 2 Queens or 1 King bed. The key bonus is that there is a door that separates the two rooms!! BINGO for families traveling with children. I would be remissed if I failed to mention that the bathrooms and massive. There is plenty of room to accommodate more than one person, if necessary. Need I mention the balcony? Great views are to be had and wonderful pictures are to be taken from the balconies here. Honeymooners are welcome to this romantic resort. There is even an Adult only pool if you want to be "kid free." Another FANTASTIC feature is the beach..... It comes complete with beach chairs, umbrellas and towel service. If you are a foodie like myself, try Ko Restaurant. This poolfront, oceanfront restaurant offers succulent seafood dishes and more! My favorite was the seafood pancit dish, accompanied by a glass of white wine! I double dare you to experience this resort to really see for yourself. #ShaShaTravel
