Bob,
I just want to tell you what a fabulous experience we had at your ranch. The hunting was just off the chart, with animals appearing from all directions, often before daylight.

José is super knowledgeable, always helpful, and quite a character besides! He's very skilled with a knife also, and had everything ready for us to bone out/wrap very quickly. We took 150 lbs of pure meat back with us.

Being able to spend time and hunt with both my sons was truly priceless. Even though I couldn't put together the shot I wanted, seeing them both harvest beautiful bucks warmed my heart. I'll send you a link to the YouTube video my younger son put together; I think you'll enjoy it, and it was his first time trying something like that.

We did give you a little help with the hogs, whacking 7, and 2 of them had giant tusks.

Food was beyond spectacular also! Homemade meals prepared with care, delivered with a smile, and all were delicious.

We really loved José's ground blinds too! Very spacious, brushed in, and the dirt floor kept them really quiet.

Your ranch is extremely scenic also! Love the rolling hills, and José took us to a spot with wonderful views of the river for some pictures.

I guess that's about it for now. I hope we were suitable guests; we'd love to return!

Talk about an exciting day last Saturday. Brian Keith took this great aoudad ram with his bow Saturday afternoon after months of scouting and getting them patterned. They have really started showing up in the open portions of the ranch. This is the fourth one taken this season. The first three were taken by clients while bowhunting for whitetail. Exciting stuff happening around here and exotic season is just around the corner.

Unbelievable. Tracked this deer w no blood for 250 yds through bad stuff. I never would have found it. Will trust my dog in the future. Wow. 5 months old

One of the many animals at Barnes Keith ranch. The Catalina Goat. We have numerous herds of free range Catalina goats that travel the pastures and cliffs along the Colorado River. They make for a great trophy and are a lot of fun with a bow. Here is one Brian Keith took this past weekend by spot and stalk. Let us know when you are ready for your next exotic hunt.

It was a fine day for bow-hunting at the ranch today. First called in a trophy Bobcat for a 20yd. shot...next a monster boar also taken at 20yds.

Fished with Kevin Davis today. As you can see from these trophy’s, it was a good trip. I’ll try to put him on a buck of equal quality. (Just kidding...actually caught 25 nice ones before the front hit.)

Just got back tonight from a fantastic 4 day hunt in Casper, Wyoming. This is my 4th hunt with Rock Buckingham & they’re always great fun. Took this Muley with my bow at 55 yds, and the pronghorn at 76 yds. Thank you Rock for being an excellent guide & outfitter!

Deer season is less than two months away. Starting to get some cameras going, deer are looking healthy and seeing some good bucks. We are excited to see what the season brings.
