We arrived in Orlando yesterday and had time for dinner in Disney Spings. We chose Jaleo a tapas restaurant by celebrity chef Jose Andreas… let me just say that it was fantastic! Disney Springs has amazing food choices, but this was the first time we stopped here. It may not be the last!

What a great day here in St. Thomas. Good to be back. Great to see another port recovering from the pandemic. People forget islands like St Thomas and Puerto Rico are as American as Wisconsin and Florida. Beautifully different but also beautifully American!
