👉DECEMBER PICK UP SCHEDULE!!!

‼️Not to be confused with deadlines‼️

If you are meeting us at these locations:

✅Have your code written on ALL ITEMS INSIDE your bag!! AND ON YOUR LABEL Why? If your bag is opened by customs, and another package is also opened, we know what belongs to who! There is a method to our madness 😉 This is important since packages are opened constantly!

✅ Tape your bags shut! If your bags cannot close, the bag is too small! We will have bags at the drops off for sale for $5! if you have more than 2-3 small bags, we will encourage for a big bag to keep them together!!! Why? Easier for the mission office to give your missionary all his package at once, and he/ she can carry them easily!

✅PLEASE FILL OUT THE LABEL! AND ALL ITS QUESTIONS! Avoid just a paper with name and mission! We need all the information requested! 😉

✅ While in line: Please write checks out to LDSXPRESS and Venmo username to LDSXPRESS2 . This will help the lines go by faster!

C H R I S T M A S T R I P P I C K - U P *** Must Read!

We are finally releasing our pick up details for our November Trip! aka Christmas Trip!

Need to save your spot? NOW is the time!

This will put you on the list.

You must also send your delivery fee upfront! $20 via Venmo to LDSXPRESS!

Both MUST be completed so we can send you a code!

What do I do with the code?

Label ALL your items with it. Every item must be able to be traced back to your package! Also mark this code on the label! This code will be texted within 72 hours of filling out the form.

When do I have to have my package to you by?

You can either ship or meet us at the drop offs! If you are shipping, it must arrive by the 6th to go on the trip. Anything after will be going on the next trip!

How do I pay you?

• If you are meeting us at the drop offs: Cash or Check preferred!

• If you are shipping to our AZ office: We will send you a text with a total. This will have the $20 delivery fee deducted already. You may pay using Venmo!

When will my package arrive?

We always give the estimate of MINIMUM 2 weeks. We travel to 14 countries so we need a little extra time to make our rounds! Not at the office by 2 weeks? Not a worry! give it a few more days, then have your missionary ask the mission office!

How to I package my items?

• Super simple! ALL your items need to be inside XL ziplock bags! Cant fit all your items into one bag? Thats ok! Use more that 1! However, if you can avoid using several small ziplock bags, that is best! We will recommend bags at pick ups for an additional charge of $5. If we feel this is best to keep your bags together, we will let you know!

• Please slide a LABEL on each side of the bag and BRING AN EXTRA ONE FOR US. Please do NOT tape the label on the bag, just slide in and make sure it is visible.

TAPE YOUR BAG SHUT!

MEXICO: No need for a bag! Just place all your items inside a box! and tape the label on top with your code written on it! If you are shipping, ship in the box, and have the label inside.

Reservations made are NON REFUNDABLE & NON-TRANSFERABLE!

Please use the code given to you for the month you reserved. If it has an X in the front, they will be taken in November!
