Includes:
1-2 turnovers per week (depending on season) Includes 3 bedroom / 2 bath home on 5 wooded acres
This position is to help our family maintain our favorite place in the world until we are able to move back some day! We are animal lovers and have a dog focused rental. But we are 2.5 hrs away and will need some occasional on call/ gig work assistance.
We would love someone who is local who will take great pride in the property and help us when special projects come up.
Someone handy, thoughtful, friendly and professional! Someone who has generally good availability for those pop up rental circumstances that could arise.
Duties include:
1-3 turnovers per week depending on season
Yard, trail and dog park clean ups
Gardening
Shoveling in winter
Occasional maintenance projects
Helping Guests with “emergencies”

We have officially made it one year! I will have to find some photos from last December .. family stayed for the first stay recommendations they gave us were for things like furniture and curtains. We started with very little, but are so happy with where we have come and excited for where we will go! If you’re looking to stay with us in 2024 we are already beginning to book if you have big weeks like February, vacation, April, vacation, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Columbus Day etc they will book very quickly! First book the dates you’re looking to score then share with your family and friends lol thank you for all of your support and love ❤️🌲✨

A year ago we struggled with finding a long term tenant who was a perfect match for our little house in New Hampshire. A year ago a seed planted that maybe we should have this house be available for our family and our crew of Fosters and special needs dogs, bc it was so Difficult to find dog welcoming places to travel. Maybe there are others out there who need the same thing! Trails and Tails 603 was Born!
