Not sure why I felt the need to post this tidbit of financial advice but here it goes. I see so many stressed out financially.
RENT is a 4-letter-word. My advice to anyone who wishes to gain wealth is to find a way not to RENT. Landlords vs tenant economic history shows how separation of the classes is created. Although Mortgage interest rates are starting to come down, I see that this current White House administration has created the greatest seperation of the wealth classes by spurring outrageous inflation (terrible policies) and making it even more difficult to get into a mortgage on a house, condo, townhome or even a mobile home. Gaining equity in property can help generate wealth if it is ever rented out to some other person who does not have the ability to get a mortgage and thus has to RENT.
When I was in college, I signed the lease for a very large home with 7 bedrooms. I made sure that I had the ability to sub-lease (RENT) out the rooms. I got 6 other students to RENT from me. I had the master bedroom, master bath and large closet . Because I rented out the other rooms, I ended up paying no RENT and had an extra amount of cash that went into my pocket as profit. That was an awesome experience and lesson I learned that You don’t have to own a home to be the landlord.
I see so many people struggle to meet the financial demands and I feel very bad for the elderly that saved all their lives to be hit with such high inflation, elevated property taxes and spiked utility costs.
We need to evict this current White House Administration. They messed up the middle and poorer class families and individuals. Vote them out!
