PARADISE ISLAND 🏝️☀️🌊⛱️ THE ELLIS FAMILY enjoyed a mini-vacay on a beautiful white-sand beach and the HOTEL RIU PARADISE ISLAND provided the vibe they needed with an all-inclusive property located right next to the Atlantis! They enjoyed the vibe of being able to walk to the Atlantis and enjoy the marina🛥️, the shops🛍️ and the casino🎰.

BEACHES TURKS & CAICOS 🇹🇨🏝️ is an all-inclusive resort which has a water park, 10 pools, 19 restaurants and a 12-mile beach with beautiful turquoise water!

CRUISES 🛳️⚓️ are a great vacation for large groups to see many places! This family of 11 visited Nassau🇧🇸, Grand Turk 🇹🇨, and Carnival’s private island, Half Moon Cay🏝️🌛. “We loved Half Moon Cay - the water was beautiful and calm and the sand was like cloud dough.”

The cruise was out of Port Canaveral so I booked them rooms at Margaritaville in Orlando the night before the cruise and they said they loved it. Always smart to arrive the day before a cruise for a less stressful boarding day!!!!

✏️📒UNIVERSAL TRAINING🖌️🗓️

Last week, I attended a Universal Advanced Familiarization event to learn about all the new things coming to Universal and tour some of the hotels on the property!

➡️ EPIC UNIVERSE will be Universal’s 3rd theme park and will have portals to lands such as Harry Potter Ministry of Magic and Super Mario World. We saw the preview model and it looks amazing!

➡️ Halloween Horror Nights is quickly approaching and they have announced 7 of the 10 houses and we got to visit the tribute store with a preview of some of the merchandise.

➡️ DreamWorks at Universal Studios opened while we were there so we got to see all the new things there with Shrek, Kung Fu Panda and the Trolls and will post a separate post with all of that information!

➡️ CineSational night time spectacular show also debuted while we were there and I got to see this new show with water, projections, fireworks and music celebrating the music in movies old and new and also will have a separate post on this show!

➡️ toured Endless Summer resort, the new value resort with 2 bedroom suites and regular rooms, and also Hard Rock, where we stayed, where you get express passes included with your stay and are only a short walk or ferry ride away from the parks

➡️ and even though I went to learn, I also had some fun with in the parks riding rides, eating good food and getting wet riding a water ride! She e joyed the pool at the Hard Rock while I was in class!

😆 Presley finally was tall enough to ride the Tower of Terror, after a year and a half wait, and this 4 year was not even scared.

🏍️ favorite attraction was TRON

🏰 favorite meal was our brunch at The Royal Table

SANDALS ROYAL BAHAMIAN 🇧🇸🏝️🤿 was a great spot for Hope and Josh to celebrate their 1️⃣ year Anniversary on white sand beaches and turquoise colored water! 🎉🍾🥳

✨ HIGHLIGHTS:

🌊 calm and crystal ocean!
🏝️ Sandals private island was amazing (they got a private cabana)
💆🏼‍♀️💆🏻couples massage
📸 photo session (Shavon was amazing!)
🚲 riding the water bicycle and paddle boarding
🍪 the food - and the amazing chocolate chip cookies
🕊️ a dove that repeatedly visited our balcony and would hang out with us - we named him Sprinkle
🎤 the entertainment! (trivia, silent disco, local singers)

🌟💛MEET THE OLDHAM AND WILLIAMS FAMILY 💛🌟 “Best part of the trip was being together and making wonderful memories!”

HIGHLIGHTS:

🏨 the convenience of the Contemporary Resort - being able to walk to the Magic Kingdom, watch the fireworks each night and the pool with the slide!

🐭 character meals - the kids were so excited to see them.

🎢 favorite attractions - “It’s a Small World,” “TRON,” “Guardians of the Galaxy-Cosmic Rewind,” “Soarin,” and “Big Thunder Mountain.”

🐭🍽️ CHARACTER MEALS were a big hit for 🩶THE HALL FAMILY🩶 “He loved the kisses and boops on the nose, he loved when the characters would come to our table, and we loved not having to wait in the lines to meet them!”

OTHER HIGHLIGHTS:
💦 Journey of Water - their 2 year old got soaked and had the best time playing in all the water! PRO TIP: bring a change of clothes!

🧞‍♂️ Genie+ was awesome and we never waited for more than 10 mins for anything!

🚆 Riding the Monorail and the Skyliner - We loved staying at the Contemporary and being on the Monorail route and only having to bus to 2 parks.

🎆 Fireworks shows

👩‍❤️‍👨 Parents night out for the adult rides (Guardians was awesome!!!) PRO TIP: hire a babysitter service so the adults can have a night out!

FAMILY ALL-INCLUSIVE RESORTS are GREAT VACATIONS! The Wells family recently 🎉celebrated a college 🎓graduation🎓 with a trip to St. Lucia 🇱🇨

HIGHLIGHTS:
⛵️a catamaran cruise to the Piton mountains (which were breathtaking)
🤿 snorkeling in beautiful water
✋🏾 a mud bath in the famous sulfur springs
💦 saw beautiful waterfalls
🐴 horseback riding along the gorgeous coastline
😎 relaxing by the pool at our resort Royalton St. Lucia

Congrats to 🎓Erica and Zoey 🎓who just finished 2 years at community college and are headed to UNCW!!!! They celebrated at Disney and Universal and said they were exhausted but had a great week!

DISNEYLAND PARIS 🇫🇷 girls’ trip day ✌️

➡️ Started the day off with lunch and shopping in Disney village

➡️ Got some castle pics (FUN FACT: the castle in Paris is Sleeping Beauty’d castle which is the same as Disneyland in California)

➡️ Today’s rides at Disneyland Park included Big Thunder and Phantom Manor (Paris’ version of the Haunted Mansion)

➡️ Hit the second park, Walt Disney Studios Park, where they rode Crush’s Coaster, Ratatouille, Slinky Dog Spin, Toy Soldiers Parachute Drop, and Spider-man’s WEB Slinger.

➡️ Hung out at the hotel, Disney Hotel Nee York Art of Marvel, before our dinner reservation at Walt’s, a tribute to the life and work of Walt Disney, which had a nice view of Main Street

➡️ After dinner, we walked right out to watch the fireworks

DISNEYLAND PARIS 🇫🇷 DAY 1 of this girls trip

🚌 they used the Disney transfer from the airport to the resort and they said it was so easy—they were dropped off at the front and the bellmen grabbed their bags while they got checked in

🛍️ they headed to Disney Village to do some shopping

🎢 their favorite ride was Hyperspace, a high speed Star Wars adventure

🎉 they warched the Disney Stars on Parade

🍽️ they enjoyed a character dinner at The Plaza Gardens (we pre-booked this one)

🌭 they ate a hotdog at Casey’s while watching the Electric Sky Parade in front of the castle. Kelsie said “It was unlike anything we’ve ever seen before at Disney.”

Isn’t ANTIGUA beautiful? 🇦🇬❤️🏝️ Meet the newly MR. & MRS. DAVIS who honeymooned at Cocobay in Antigua.

Macie said “We loved the island and the resort. The food was absolutely amazing. The resort’s restaurant changes the menu everyday. We loved that our cottage was very secluded and didn’t feel like a hotel stay. The staff was very nice and responsive if we needed anything. The sunsets on the pool deck were breath taking. We loved that the beach was so close. We did two excursions and both included snorkeling. One was with Johnny’s tours and snorkeling. We definitely recommend him. He drove us around the island and took us to English Harbor and Shirley Heights. Then we did a private snorkeling tour with him where we saw lots of turtles. Our other excursion was the Wadadli Cats Catamaran Tour. It was an all day tour. We did a trip around the island, lunch, cocktails, and a stop at Green Island to snorkel. We would definitely go back!”

🕷️Marvel - high tech fun with Marvel characters Ant Man and the Wasp and at the end a special appearance by Spider Man

🍽️ on 4 night cruises, you will repeat one of the above restaurants with a special pirate menu

The highlight of 💗THE DHAKAL FAMILY’s trip to Disney was meeting 💙Elsa and Anna💙 and riding all the attractions! Their favorites were ❄️Frozen Ever After, 🏔️ Expedition Everest, 🦕 Dinosaur and 🧜🏻‍♀️ Under the Sea, the Little Mermaid ride.

🌟Highlights🌟 for the Davenport and Hyde family were spending time with family and watching the cousins have so much fun together! 🥰

Also, the kids got braver and braver and by the end of the trip they were all roller coaster lovers🎢❤️, with the favorite attractions being Guardians, TRON AND Ratatouille!

EPCOT’s Flower and Garden Festival will be going on until May 27 this year 🌸🌺🌻🌷🌹🪷🪻

Some of my favorite things about this festival are:

🍤 FOOD KITCHENS - my favorite this year was the orange sesame tempura shrimp and Kirby liked the beef tenderloin in Canada

🥂SPECIALTY DRINKS - we enjoyed the key lime wine slush and the Sparkling Raspberry Cocktail in France

🪻TOPIARIES - so fun to take pictures with these beautiful Disney character topiaries

🎸 GARDEN ROCKS CONCERTS - I love to grab a Moonshine Sour or a snack and sit in America and listen to live entertainment
