Hello all, Sanddollar C201 update:
Thank you for your interest, questions, prayers, and anticipation. I'm happy to report that reconstruction is progressing slow but steady. It's been a nightmare dealing with insurance companies, permits, attorneys, engineers, etc but our Sanddollar complex has an excellent and active Board of Directors and I am one of them. And yes it's all been shockingly expensive! Currently our contractors are replacing roofs, wires, pipes, and AC units. Next comes doors and windows. Plans are in the works for pool, boardwalks, landscaping, elevators and more. It's impossible to predict when our units can be occupied again but likely between late 2023 and early 2024. The great news is we have our money situation under control, and in the end everything will be brand new, updated and better than ever. Stay tuned.
